How do i get great nails without having to pay for a manicure?

I want to have great nails..i have them long enough its just the polish wont stay on and last long enough..i have a party tomorrow and i want to look my best..what should i do? can anyone help and give me tips?How do i get great nails without having to pay for a manicure?

i usually do four coats. the first one is a growth treatment clear polish i use, the second is the color i choose, then i wait about ten mins to get that totally dry, then i apply another coat, then finally a clear polish on top. ive had it stay on for a month! if you dont have the time to do that, then just cleaning under your nails always helps, and makes them look longer :) hope this helped!
